Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Vertical Expander Operator with 2 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining vertical expanding machines. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate vertical expander machines safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines according to production requirements and specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during operations.
- Ensure product quality meets defined standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Maintain production records and report any issues to supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Vertical Expander Operator or similar role.
- Knowledge of machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Good attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or production industry.
