Job Description
Job Title: SAP ISU DM Consultant
- 3-10 years experience in SAP ISU device management implementation projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, such as project planning & scoping, blueprinting, realization, data mapping & conversion, integration & user acceptance testing, go-live
- Capability to understand clients business needs, propose the appropriate consultancy offering and be part of the delivery team
- Must have good understanding of device business process flow from Planning to Retirement of devices, configuration of SAP ISU, meter to cash process.
- Must have at least 2 Projects of SAP IS-U implementation in Utilities – Demonstrated strong knowledge about Utility sector process and requirements and experienced in DM implementation
- Integration of ISU with other R3 modules – MM, PM

- Utilities retail and customer services process & domain expertise
- Expertise in one or more CRM platforms such as SAP C4C/ Salesforce/ Oracle CX in areas like Services, Sales & Marketing
- Good Understanding of CRM integration with Utilities systems such IVR/CTI, CIS, MDM, Outage Management etc.
- Would be advantageous but not mandatory: CRM certification (Salesforce/SAP CRM/Oracle CX)
