Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, implement, and configure Sprinklr platform with clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Sprinklr service across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Deliver customer interaction solutions across IVR, web, email, chat, SMS, social media, etc.
  • Design AI-powered customer and employee experience enhancements.
  • Integrate Sprinklr unified CXM with enterprise systems.
  • Stay current with training and maintain updated Sprinklr certifications.
  • Implement orchestration platform of Sprinklr in Fortune 500 companies or leading consulting firms.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Sprinklr Implementation and Product Solutioning.
  • Strong understanding of customer service processes and operations.
  • Experience with IVR, Outbound Voice, Email, Chat, Video, and messaging services.
  • Hands-on experience with CICD tools.
  • Functional and hands-on experience on Voice and Non-Voice applications using Architect/Composer/Interaction Designer.

Must have skills: Sprinklr Implementation and Product Solutioning

Good to have skills: CCaaS platforms (AWS Connect, Genesys Cloud, Nuance CXone, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service)

Experience: Minimum 4 to 8 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification: Engineering Degree or MBA from a tier 1 institute

Job Summary:

As a Sprinklr Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring Sprinklr applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will work closely with clients to implement strategies that enhance customer experience across various interaction channels.
