Brief Job Descriptions (Solution Integrator/JS4) : CS CORE
Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (Electronics, CS, IT, Telecom).
Strong expertise in CS-Core is mandatory and experience in IMS/VoLTE or Packet Core will be considered as added advantage
Understanding of E/// product portfolio is must and strong hands-on experience in Configurations and Integrations in Ericsson CS nodes.
Experience in working in Solution Designs, HLDs, LLDs, preparing Test sheets, driving testing, etc.
Prepare integration scripts, drive and execute testing, perform impact analysis, identify technical issues and drive improvements. Hands on in Troubleshooting in MSCs, STPs, MGWs.
Strong understanding of node Deployment process and in Telco Protocols like SS7, SCCP, GCP, SIP, TCP/IP with understanding on Diameters. HTTPs is a plus.
Knowledge in various virtualization products and hypervisors like – CEE, VMware, KVM, OpenStack,etc/Telco Clouds/Basic scripting using Pearl/python will be an added advantage
Demonstrate professional, proactive and purpose driven approach and lead Partner SI team.
Need to handle crisis & escalation on technical issues, do needful trouble shooting and steer project for resolution with no/minimal customer impact.
Strong Communication, Consultative and Inter-personal skills.
Should be open to work in different timelines, time-zones and any Ericsson markets.
Requirements
Skills Needed
~4-7 years of experience in Telecom industry.
Responsible for requirement gathering from customer as per the scope of work and prepare CIQs.
Perform required network data analysis and define rule to extract information as per the network topology mobile networks (MSS/MGW/STP/CTC/Signaling Firewalls/MGCF/MRS) and Virtual Platform.
Must have good hands-on experiences of working in Ericsson CS CORE nodes (virtual MSCs, MGW, IPSTPs, CTC, etc).
Must have past experiences in working as a Solution integrator (doing B no, GT analysis, Routing and troubleshooting experiences. Taking traces in the nodes and also hands on in deploying (including preparing HLD, LLD, CCR) Ericsson CS CORE solutions in Customer Networks.
Conducting ATPs, Troubleshooting, Impact analysis. Coordinating with Customer or regional teams across different Markets in different time-zones.
Perform Software Upgrade / Updates in Live Network Environment, Design and Implementation of customized mobility solutions like MNP, MDE implementation, etc.
Should have good knowledge of Ericsson tools and trace management tools.
Knowledge of OSS-fault management, performance management, network audit and analytics will be added advantage.
Ready to work at flexible times and should be ready to travel.
Creative and result oriented, and able to work under pressure and in stretch mode if require.
Team player. Should be able to build & maintain trust among team.
Good communication, consultative and Inter-personal skills. Should be able to prepare presentations, trackers.
Good attitude to learn and work with Seniors, other team members.
