Roles & Responsibility

Principal Duties And Responsibilities:

Understand the business problems and processes of the clients, and create functional solution of the sameResponsible for the functional and technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow platform (Operational technology Module/ITAM/ITSM/FSM)Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.Provide expertise on all technical questions related to the development of ServiceNowUnderstand the large-scale thinking and approach needed for the success of the projectCreate and manage scripts and workflow.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Engineering Degree (Tier-1 institutes)Fundamental understanding of ServiceNow OTM/FSM/EAM/ITSM, ITIL or CMDB with experience on ServiceNow implementation for 4+ years

Experience:

Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholdersExperience creating and maintaining business rules, data policies, client scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Notifications, ACLs, Workflow, Variables, Portal Widgets, and Flow Designer Flows.Significant experience with ServiceNow implementationsStrong communication, Strong presentation, and writing skillsExperience with the development and implementation of ServiceNow Operational Technology Module/ITAM/FSM/ITSM modules – Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, or other ITSM application.Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applicationsExposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules like Sec Ops, GRC etc.Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow like Business rules, script includes, UI actions, schedules jobs, etc.Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell)Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs (Preferred)System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
