Roles & Responsibility
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules to enhance operational efficiency and production workflows. Lead end-to-end SAP PPDS (Planning and Demand Scheduling) implementations and provide strategic consulting to stakeholders on best practices. Manage cross-functional teams, conduct requirement gathering sessions, and develop comprehensive solution designs. Perform configuration, customization, and integration of SAP modules with existing systems. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience
Experience: 6 to 15 years in SAP PP, QM, and PPDS modules with proven expertise in module implementation and configuration. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP MM, WM, and integration with other modules. Proficiency in ABAP programming and data migration techniques is advantageous. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities with client-facing experience. Certifications: SAP certifications in relevant modules preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field required. Ability to work in matrix environments and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
