Lead end-to-end SAP FICO and Project Systems implementations ensuring
measurable improvements in project profitability and financial control.
Partner with finance and project management teams to define budgeting, forecasting,
and cost tracking frameworks aligned with business KPIs.
Design and implement WBS structures, network activities, settlements, and revenue
recognition processes for capital and customer projects.
Drive migration to S/4HANA Finance and PS ensuring data integrity, reporting
accuracy, and compliance.
Support CAPEX/OPEX management by enabling detailed cost reporting and
performance tracking.
Lead financial planning, controlling, and month-end closing activities for project-
based organizations.
Ensure adherence to IFRS/GAAP standards, and alignment with internal audit and
compliance frameworks.
Mentor consulting teams to ensure quality delivery and stakeholder alignment across
multiple geographies.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must To Have: Expertise in SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, COPA)
and SAP Project Systems (WBS, Networks, Cost Planning, Settlement, Results
Analysis).
Experience in project budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition for both
internal and customer projects.
Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance, and Group Reporting.
Familiarity with investment management, capital budgeting, and project
governance frameworks.
Proven experience in finance transformation and business impact delivery – faster
close cycles, project cost optimization, and margin visibility.
