Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations (embedded & decentralized) aligned
with business KPIs for efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational KPIs into scalable EWM
solutions, enabling improved fulfillment and customer service.
Apply efficiency levers (automation, RF integration, exception handling) to shorten
order cycle times and reduce logistics costs.
Optimize inbound, outbound, internal movements, yard logistics, and labor processes
with a focus on reducing lead times and improving resource utilization.
Drive continuous improvement roadmaps, ensuring sustainable benefits such as
improved inventory accuracy and labor productivity.
Support change management and adoption programs to ensure solutions deliver
expected business value.

Job Summary
As an SAP EWM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP
Extended Warehouse Management solutions to enable supply chain transformation and
operational excellence. You will leverage EWM’s value levers such as automation, labor
optimization, inventory visibility, and system integration to deliver tangible business outcomes
in efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.
Key Value Drivers & Levers
Warehouse Automation – robotics, conveyors, ASRS to reduce manual effort and
increase throughput.
Labor Management – productivity tracking, task interleaving, and optimized workforce
planning.
Inventory Optimization – enhanced visibility, slotting, cycle counting, and
replenishment strategies to improve accuracy.
Order Fulfillment & Cycle Time – advanced wave management and picking strategies
to reduce lead times.
System Integration – seamless connectivity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, and third-
