Machine Operator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Ring Loading Machine Operator with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining ring loading machinery. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor ring loading machines efficiently.
- Load and unload materials/rings as per production requirements.
- Ensure proper alignment and placement during loading.
- Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
- Maintain production records and report daily output.
- Follow safety guidelines and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ring loading or similar machine operation.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and machine handling.
- Ability to read work instructions and production drawings (if applicable).
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
- Physically fit to handle industrial work conditions.
Education:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field preferred.
- High school with relevant experience may also be considered.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in tmanufacturing industry (if applicable).
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
