In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess
vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also,
translate economic trends into competitive industry advantage, transform abusiness to enable profitable & sustainable growth.
What are we looking for? • Certified in Six Sigma Black Belt/MBB andLean methodologies
• Subject matter expert in F&A towers (PTP, RTR, OTC)
• Demonstrated experience managing and articulating end-to-end digital projectdelivery
• Proven team leadership abilities
• Expertise in change management
• Skilled in digital transformation initiatives
• Extensive project and program management experiences
• Strong senior stakeholder management (MDs and C Suites) capabilities
• Advanced strategic thinking and defining new solutions

• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads
• Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/orwithin client
• The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods andprocedures on new assignments
• Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impactother teams
• Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if inan individual contributor role) at a client or within client
