Role Overview
We are looking for production staff to support daily food preparation activities in our production unit.
The role involves working as part of a team to prepare products consistently while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.

 Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparation of food products
• Follow instructions and standard processes during production
• Ensure quality of manufacturing hand-made products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
• Measure and prepare raw materials as required
• Support smooth flow of production activities
• Work closely with team members to complete daily targets
• Any other responsibilities a may be seem fit.

Requirements

Requirements
• Experience in food production / kitchen / small manufacturing setup preferred
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Regular attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Comfortable working with a women-led team
