Department: Maintenance
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor/ Technician
We are looking for a skilled Multi Technician with strong experience in electrical systems and general maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, repair, and upkeep of electrical and facility systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of systems and equipment
Handle installation, repair, and maintenance of wiring, lighting, and electrical panels
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Diagnose faults and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime
Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Assist in general facility upkeep and inspections
Requirements
Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant field
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or electrician
Good knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety standards
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in shifts if required
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of building management systems (BMS)
Experience in commercial or industrial maintenance
Teamwork and communication skills
Working Conditions:
May involve shift duties and emergency call-outs
Physical work including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces
