You will need to analyze data and generate insights that aid in operational efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to gather reporting requirements and provide technical guidance. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving production issues, ensuring minimal downtime, and enhancing system performance. You will also conduct user training and support for reporting tools, helping to improve overall data literacy within the organization.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, along with excellent communication abilities to liaise with various departments.
