Role Designation – Lead Consultant
Role
Lead the engagement effort at different stages from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment, contribute to project-level initiatives with the objective of providing high quality and value adding solutions to customers.
Responsibilities:
Lead requirements discovery, business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution design for client engagements.
Review proposals, estimates, and solution approaches to identify risks, ensure scope alignment, and support successful project outcomes.
Guide consulting teams in defining business, data, security, and integration models, while recommending industry best practices and process improvements.
Oversee solution configuration, customization, testing, and issue resolution to ensure quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
Support deployment planning, data migration, change management, user training, and adoption of new business processes.
Drive knowledge transfer, stakeholder management, presales support, financial governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor team members and provide functional leadership across project execution and solution delivery.
Leverage strong expertise in life insurance products, including Term, Whole Life, Universal Life, and Variable
Universal Life, to guide solution design and business consulting activities.
Requirements
What are we looking for in you:
Educational Requirements (Must have)
o BE/B Tech/any engineering graduate/ME/M.Tech/MS/MBA with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
o Experience in life insurance domain and prior experience in managing Policy Administration System (PAS) conversion
o Working Experience in Transformation or Policy Admin System Implementation to Life Insurance Carriers
Work Experience/Skills
o Conceptual knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) applications
o Strong written and verbal skills
o Analytical ability
o Domain Certification like FLMI (other equivalent certificates) would be an added plus
o Preferably Solution Design/Pre Sales/Project/Program or Bid Management experience in Technology Solutions
o High learnability index
