Roles & Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Manpower Planning:

o Estimate labor requirements based on event size and scope

o Coordinate with vendors and contractors for workforce sourcing

• Labour Coordination:

o Allocate duties to labor teams (setup, dismantling, logistics etc.)

o Ensure timely reporting and attendance of labor staff

• On-Ground Supervision:

o Monitor labor performance during event setup and execution

o Ensure work is completed as per timelines and quality standards

• Vendor Management:

o Maintain relationships with labor contractors and suppliers

o Negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective manpower solutions

• Compliance & Documentation:

o Ensure adherence to labor laws and safety regulations

o Maintain attendance records, payment sheets, and agreements

• Health & Safety:

o Ensure proper use of safety gear and safe work practices

o Address any on-site issues or emergencies related to labor

• Payroll Coordination:

o Verify work hours and coordinate with accounts for payments

o Resolve disputes related to wages or attendance

• Crisis Handling:

o Handle last-minute manpower shortages or issues

o Provide quick solutions during event execution

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong coordination and organizational skills

• Ability to handle large teams and high-pressure situations

• Good negotiation and vendor management skills

• Knowledge of basic labor laws and compliance

• Problem-solving and quick decision-making ability

• Good communication skills (Bengali language preferred)

Working Conditions:

• Flexible working hours (including weekends and late nights)

• Frequent travel to event sites
