IT Project Manager
The IT Project manager will be subjected Time and Material during the engagement, for
IT projects for SDAP)
High level Scope and Deliverables:
Manage IT projects from planning through delivery, including scope, schedule,
budget, and readiness.
Lead project execution, including risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and
critical escalations.
Establish project governance, reporting, stakeholder communication, and
retrospectives.
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and cross-functional teams.
Ensure timely delivery of agreed milestones and deliverables.
Requirements
The ideal candidates should demonstrate the following qualities:
Strong end-to-end IT project management experience, from initiation and
planning through execution and delivery.
Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and
project deliverables.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to
work across technical and business teams.
Experience working in complex, international or matrix organizations.
A structured and proactive approach to identifying and managing risks, issues,
and dependencies.
Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional
teams without necessarily having direct authority over all team members.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies,
depending on the project environment.
Good understanding of IT technologies and the ability to translate between business requirements and technical teams.
Strong ownership, accountability, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
