- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and Linux server administration along with network management expertise.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues swiftly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
