Roles & Responsibility
- Work collaboratively with customer stakeholders to provide in-depth analysis, reports & effectively communicate insights.
- End to End management co-ordination of the project (PMO) and responsible for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget
- Handle Digital Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs) and Request for Quote (RFQs) end-to-end, manage Pre-sales activities.
- Responsible for creating all customer deliverables and commercials for the pursuit including deal structuring, response management, and bid management.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives; handle client visit, partner/ analyst relationship, etc.
- Understanding of Digital trends around customer, employee and immersive experiences.
- Perform research and collect data on industry, market, companies, and competitors and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
- Comprehensive experience in producing high quality Go-To-Market (GTM), Point of Views (POV) and client presentations

- 8+ Years of Management Consulting /Industry Experience (Preferably in Automotive Component/ Tier 1 OESs sector)
- 2+ Years of Management Consulting Experience (Preferably in Automotive Component/ Tier 1 OESs sector)
- Experience in driving Cost reduction projects across Automotive/ Automotive Component industry
- Experience in GTM Strategy, Product & Portfolio enrichment and designing aftersales digital customer journey
- Experience in leading engagements in B2B and B2C sales/ aftersales transformation covering E-commerce, D2C, etc.
- Exposure to new age business models for B2B business topics.
- Experience in aftersales parts Management and development of data monetization strategy utilizing customer data
- Exposure to designing digital solution such as OES Sales and service technology solution, commerce cloud solution, etc.
- Must have experience in leading business proposals / creating thought leadership.
- Proven success in client-facing roles across 4-5 engagements
- Active role in the identification of opportunities by farming existing relationships and growing new networks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
