Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customer service experience in both Voice & Non-voice and blended process
• This is an employee helpdesk process where the agents should work as a consultant & resolve to employee queries
• Managing EE tickets with clear customer focus & working towards better employee experience
• Managing both simple & complex queries of employees and resolving them by responding through different available channels (Calls, SNOW, TEAMS, etc) in the process
• Commerce Graduate with splendid oral and written communication.

Any Graduation
