Key Responsibilities
The TSO will be required to manage and oversee the daily operational activities of the team. This includes ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, conducting training sessions for new hires, and evaluating performance metrics. Additionally, the TSO will be responsible for handling client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. Regular reporting to upper management on operational efficiency and team productivity will be required.
Moreover, the TSO should be prepared to implement strategic plans aimed at improving service delivery and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to streamline processes and enhance overall team performance.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a supervisory or team lead role. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team are crucial. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record of meeting performance goals.
Technical proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with CRM software is required. Candidates should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing demands, and working under pressure. Attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
