Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and applications using cutting-edge frameworks and technologies
- Conduct research and experimentation to improve model performance, accuracy, and efficiency across various use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into AI solutions
- Implement prompt engineering techniques and fine-tuning strategies for large language models and foundation models
- Develop scalable pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and inference in production environments
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce computational costs through quantization and other performance enhancement techniques
- Document technical specifications, architecture decisions, and best practices for generative AI implementations
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization
