Mandatory skills
1. 5–9 years of QA/Testing experience with strong Life Insurance domain knowledge.
2. Experience in Policy Administration Systems (PAS) implementation, migration, modernization, or support.
3. Strong understanding of SDLC, test management, release management, and defect lifecycle.
4. Experience in test planning, execution, defect management, and quality governance.
5. Proficiency in JIRA, SQL, database testing, data validation, and Advanced Excel.
6. Experience in API/Web Services testing using Postman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI, or similar tools.
7. Experience in production support, incident management, SLA adherence, and service improvements.
8. Ability to work with business stakeholders for requirements validation and UAT support.
9. Strong stakeholder management, client communication, and onsite-offshore coordination skills.
10. Knowledge of quality metrics, risk management, audit compliance, and release governance.
Desired skills*
1. Experience in Production Support, incident management, SLA tracking, and RCA.
2. Exposure to requirement analysis, business process mapping, and UAT support.

• 11-14 years of experience in Automation primarily in Selenium with Java and Winium for UI and desktop automation
• Strong Experience in Java/Python knowledge for Automation
• Strong understanding of API’s, JSON
• Strong Handa on Excel Macros.
• Understanding of Database like Postgres, SQLite
• Knowledge of Git and Jenkins.
• OOPS Concepts
• Experience of SQL Knowledge, candidate will need to write SQL queries to find/validate data.
