Job Title: CI/CD Engineer
About the Role
As a CI/CD Engineer, you will contribute to the implementation and evolution of our DevOps ecosystem, supporting CI/CD tooling and promoting DevOps best practices across the organization. You’ll play a key role in enabling efficient, secure, and scalable software delivery pipelines, with a focus on GitHub, Jenkins, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines, primarily using GitHub, GitHub Runners, and Jenkins.
Monitor CI/CD tool performance and usage to ensure reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Facilitate seamless migration between Git platforms in line with company strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed CI/CD principles into the software development lifecycle.
Define and implement best practices for CI/CD processes, security, and automation.
Provide support for Azure cloudification initiatives and ensure integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill development teams on CI/CD tools and practices.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the CI/CD ecosystem.
Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in CI/CD pipeline management and DevSecOps practices.
Strong experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions/Runners, GitLab, Jenkins, and related tools.
Familiarity with GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS) and SonarQube is a strong plus.
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools: PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, etc.
Experience with build tools and package managers: Maven, Node.js, npm, Nexus, JFrog.
Good understanding of deploying various platforms: web apps, microservices, serverless, etc.
Familiarity with standard databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
Experience with Azure and related cloud services is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
