Summary:
As a Business Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business operations, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative business solutions. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Additionally, you will support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving requirements of the organization and its clients, while also focusing on system optimization and user experience enhancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep industry knowledge and experience.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate and refine business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead the Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices
Provide thought Leadership in platform day to day project activities
Represent the organization in client-facing discussions, steering committees, and project reviews
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce technology, innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage
Deep functional understanding of Salesforce multi-cloud architectures (Sales, Service, Experience, Data)
Experience in using AI based tools to accelerate requirement gathering and to run client workshops.
Exposure to Agentic AI / GenAI, automation, and industry accelerators
Drive adoption of AI-assisted delivery tools across the SDLC
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Should have influencing and advisory skills.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
Requirements
Professional & Technical Skills:-
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Architecture. Experience in using AI based tools.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Design, Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process Design.
Strong understanding of business modeling techniques and frameworks.
Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop strategic solutions.
Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication.
Certifications Required:
Salesforce Certified Admin/App Builder/PD1/Business Analyst – Preferred
GenAI Foundation/Advanced (Salesforce/External) – Preferred
Additional Information:-
The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Program Project Management.
A 15 years full time education is required.
