Roles & Responsibility
- Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Customization: Lead and support SAP FICO implementations and rollouts, performing detailed configuration of FI and CO modules.
- Business Process Mapping: Analyze finance business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Module Management: Configure General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Integration Support: Ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules, primarily SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and PP (Production Planning).
- Project & Support: Lead or participate in Brownfield migrations, troubleshoot user issues, perform closing activities, and prepare Functional Specifications (FS
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
- Implementations: Minimum 1 full life cycle SAP implementation experience.
- Platform Knowledge: Strong skills in SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
- Education: MBA Finance, CA, CWA, or M.Com preferred.
- Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of financial accounting standards and controlling processes.
