Management Level: 09 – Consultant 
Location: Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad,  
Must have skills: Salesforce CRM platform implementations, Business Analysis, Stakeholder Management 
Good to have skills: Pre-sales activities, Service experience design, Industry-specific knowledge 
Experience: Minimum  5+ yrs experience 
Educational Qualification: MBA from a tier 1 institute 

Job Summary 

As a Salesforce Business Analyst/Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing strategies to enhance business performance using Salesforce CRM. You will work closely with clients to solve customer-facing challenges across sales, service, and marketing functions. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Provide consulting support on Salesforce projects by conducting design sessions and gathering requirements. 
  • Present working demos to stakeholders and support implementation tasks. 
  • Apply industry knowledge to implement Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs. 
  • Develop business cases and value propositions with data analysis and presentation preparation. 
  • Collaborate with project teams for successful Salesforce delivery. 
  • Engage in pre-sales activities including RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and cost estimations. 
  • Contribute to initiatives by developing points of view, reusable assets, and analyzing market trends. 

Requirements

Professional & Technical Skills 

  • Must To Have Skills: Experience in Salesforce CRM platform implementations. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and issue resolution skills. 
  • Proficiency in business analysis, especially in service process design/redesign. 
  • Familiarity with industry-specific requirements and customer service operations. 
  • Experience in service experience design and user research. 
  • Exposure to pre-sales activities and willingness to grow in this area.
