Job Summary
As a Salesforce Business Analyst/Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing strategies to enhance business performance using Salesforce CRM. You will work closely with clients to solve customer-facing challenges across sales, service, and marketing functions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide consulting support on Salesforce projects by conducting design sessions and gathering requirements.
- Present working demos to stakeholders and support implementation tasks.
- Apply industry knowledge to implement Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop business cases and value propositions with data analysis and presentation preparation.
- Collaborate with project teams for successful Salesforce delivery.
- Engage in pre-sales activities including RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and cost estimations.
- Contribute to initiatives by developing points of view, reusable assets, and analyzing market trends.
Requirements
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Experience in Salesforce CRM platform implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management and issue resolution skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis, especially in service process design/redesign.
- Familiarity with industry-specific requirements and customer service operations.
- Experience in service experience design and user research.
- Exposure to pre-sales activities and willingness to grow in this area.
