The Mission
As a Senior SharePoint Developer, you will serve as a trusted technology partner within the Alternatives Technology group, designing and delivering scalable, workflow-driven solutions that support complex, document-intensive business processes across Asset Management. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong ownership and communication, guiding solutions from concept through production.
What You’ll Do
Architect, design, and deliver enterprise-grade SharePoint solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements
Build and enhance Nintex Workflows (Classic and/or Modern) and Power Platform solutions
Develop custom components using SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers
Support and modernize existing SharePoint customizations and workflows
Ensure solutions adhere to security, performance, and governance standards
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Essential Skills &Experience
6+ years of hands-on experience developing or supporting SharePoint customizations and workflow solutions
Proven expertise in Nintex Workflows (Classic and/or Modern) and/or Microsoft Power Platform
Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SPFx development
Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture and customization patterns
Demonstrable track record of successful enterprise project delivery
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desirable Skills
Experience in Real Estate, Asset Management, Finance, or document-heavy enterprise domains
Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Knowledge of SharePoint customizations using JavaScript, PowerShell, and CSOM
