Telecaller Executive Responsibilities

The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to promote products and services. You will maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and maintain a database of leads and prospects. Your role involves following up with clients on their inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about available products or services. You will be expected to meet daily and monthly call targets while maintaining high quality customer service standards. Additionally, you will identify customer needs, qualify leads, and work towards converting them into potential sales opportunities through effective communication and persuasion techniques.

The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 6 years of experience in telecalling or customer service roles. You must have excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone. Proficiency in using CRM software and telephone systems is essential for this position. The candidate should demonstrate strong listening and problem-solving abilities to handle customer queries professionally. You must be result-oriented and goal-driven with the capability to meet and exceed call targets consistently. A minimum qualification of 12th pass or diploma is preferred, along with patience, persistence, and a customer-centric approach to ensure successful client relationships.
