What would you do? Own and lead end-to-end Supply Chain and Operations for assigned Business Units/ Categories. Accountable delivery outcomes across service, cost, cash, and risk levers, ensuring operational stability, planning excellence, and high-quality master data governance. Act as the senior operations leader driving continuous improvement, accelerate digital adoption, and transformation to deliver sustainable client value and a future-ready supply chain operating model – helping clients realize $5 value for every $1 spent on our services.
Responsible for delivering various Supply Chain initiatives majorly focused on Planning, exception management & inventory management.
Assess, Design, Build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Supply Planning capabilities including Inventory Planning/Optimization, Materials Requirements Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Supplier Collaboration and Supply Planning within Integrated Planning.
What are we looking for? FMCG, Regulatory, Electronics, Manufacturing, or similar large-scale supply chain environments
•APS tools (Kinaxis/o9/OMP/ IBP/APO, etc.), SAP ECC, Power BI and Advance Excel
Roles and Responsibilities: • Own full accountability for end-to-end Supply Planning and Operations delivery, ensuring consistent achievement of SLAs and KPIs across service performance, inventory health, cost efficiency, working capital, and operational risk.
• Lead and govern large, multi-layered planning and operations teams, embedding strong leadership depth, succession readiness, and a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.
• Act as the senior escalation and solution providing authority for complex supply risks, constraints, and planning exceptions, driving timely, data-led decisions to protect service continuity and business outcomes.
• Provide strategic and tactical leadership across Master Production & Capacity Planning, Distribution & Inventory Planning, Sourcing & Materials Planning, and Master Data Management to ensure integrated, enterprise-wide planning excellence.
• Define, govern, and approve planning policies, segmentation strategies, parameter frameworks, and system controls to ensure robust, complaint, and audit-ready decision inputs.
• Lead executive-level client and internal governance forums, influencing senior stakeholders on operational trade-offs, risk mitigation, and strategic supply chain decisions.
• Translate client business objectives into actionable operational strategies, planning priorities, and measurable execution targets across short, mid, and long-term horizons.
• Champion digital enablement through advanced planning platforms, analytics, automation, and workflow orchestration to improve visibility, agility, decision quality, and planner productivity.
• Own and execute the tower-level continuous improvement and transformation roadmap, ensuring disciplined change management, measurable benefit realization, and sustained adoption.
• Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, planning governance standards, documentation accuracy, version control, and master data compliance across the delivery landscape.
• Deliver executive-ready, data-driven insights, performance narratives, and risk recommendations to support informed and timely leadership decision-making.
• Establish resilient operating models with structured support mechanisms, defined backup coverage, and knowledge continuity to safeguard delivery stability.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development through rigorous performance management, targeted capability building, coaching, and future-skills alignment.
• Maintain operational readiness in a global delivery environment, with flexibility to support rotational shift requirements based on client and business needs.
