Key Responsibilities

As a Client Value Services Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will analyze client needs and develop customized solutions to enhance their business value. Your role includes conducting regular business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you will monitor service performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders. You must proactively address client concerns, escalate issues appropriately, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must possess 3 to 5 years of proven experience in client management, consulting, or related service delivery roles. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for identifying business solutions. You must demonstrate proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems for tracking client interactions. A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or related field is preferred. You should possess project management expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Strategic thinking and business acumen are critical for understanding client objectives and delivering measurable value.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • MBA from Tier-1 B-schools
  • 3.5+ years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience
  • Exposure to the following areas is a must:
  • Financial analysis or modelling
  • Strategic analysis and planning
  • Market entry strategy
  • Industry research
  • People and Project Management
  • Sound understanding of corporate finance, business strategy and accounting principles
  • Knowledge of business intelligent tools such as, Power BI.
