The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources functions within the organization. This includes overseeing recruitment processes, which entail sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the hiring of qualified personnel. In addition to recruitment, the HR Executive will assist in developing and implementing HR policies that align with company goals. This role will also involve maintaining employee records, supporting performance appraisal systems, and addressing employee inquiries effectively. Furthermore, the HR Executive will collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and facilitate employee development initiatives.

The ideal candidate for the HR Executive position should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with 3 to 8 years of experience in HR roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a necessity, alongside a demonstrable ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and confidentiality. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, along with proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive, organized individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment will fit well in this role.
