Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions that solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to LLMs, GenAI frameworks, and end-to-end ML model development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
- Build and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs
- Work with large datasets for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training
- Develop and fine-tune models using Python
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy AI solutions
- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency
- Stay updated with latest advancements in GenAI and AI research
Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Machine Learning & Deep Learning
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / GenAI / LLMs
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
Good to Have
- Experience with NLP or LLM fine-tuning
- Exposure to LangChain, RAG, LlamaIndex
- Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- MLOps exposure (model deployment, monitoring)
