Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems

What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and help us in performing Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis activities, collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis and reconciling transaction, preparation of standard & Adhoc management reports for region, country, product, Service type etc., providing standardized/adhoc and insightful level of analyses.

Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health. These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting.
What are we looking for? Preferred Skills/ Experience in following areas:
Functional Experience in:
• Preparation of management reports
• Variance Analysis and writing Tier 1 commentary
• Budgeting & Forecasting Preparation including Load to ERP
• Complete P&L Understanding
• Direct & Indirect Cost Analysis
• Headcount Analysis and Impact on Opex
• Analyzing numbers and identifying data inconsistencies
• Able to leverage tools and data structure
Communication
Should possess excellent communication skills including:
• Interact with client/ stakeholders in day-to-day operations
• Able to proactively communicate issues/risks
• Interact and present data/insights to clients in review meetings
