Detailed Description

: Requirements
1. The candidate should be an Engineering graduate or a MBA with 6 – 10 years of Sales experience with an organization of repute.
2. The candidate must have good knowledge of IT Security market-space and must have had previous experience in selling Network Infrastructure equipments and/or Network Security equipments.
3. Candidates having experience in selling Unified Threat Management (UTM) devices and/or Intrusion Detection and Prevention (IDP) devices will be preferred.
4. The candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. The candidates should be self-driven and be able to strategize, plan and, execute the objectives set forth for the candidate.
6. The candidate must have demonstrated ability to develop and manage distribution channels for networking/security products, have performed in sales administration, handled projections and achievements of sales targets, managed customers and accounts, organized channel partner trainings, run market development activities for channel partners, support channel partners in large deal closing, implemented lead generation activities and organized seminars and road shows to promote channel sales.
7. The candidate must have existing relationships in Indian enterprises and channel organizations of repute.


Responsibilities
1. Achievement of assigned revenue targets.
2. Actively try to increase organization’s visibility in the marketplace by getting involved in customer centric events, sales calls, etc.
3. Contribute in the “go-to-market” strategy, planning and, execution.
4. Engage and manage business relations with prospect Channel-Partners and end-Customers to drive sales & revenue growth and market visibility.
5. Act as an intelligent conduit between Channel-Partners, strategic Customer accounts and the organization by providing timely feedback on expectations, and, if required – aid in issue resolution.
