Job Posting Summary	:	Requirements: • The role profile of the candidate will involve managing a function (Merchandising Payable) and a Team of people • This person can be sourced from the following industries: A Team Leader - Payables in a BPO; 2nd level person reporting to CFO and managing accounting; preferably from good, known companies (MNC or Indian) • Number of years of experience required is around 8 years • No gender specifications • Academic qualifications expected: Preferably CA, but others with good experience are welcome • Team Management is a sure requirement as well as deadlines orientation • The communication skills should have above average conversation skills, and the entire personality should reflect a degree of pleasantness and acceptability.
