Able to Specify, ratify & recommend improvements to property from a security point of view
Eg , Knowledge of different door and window ratings (knowledge of US FEBR standards and UK LPS standards essential), Different locking mechanisms , and how these can be upgraded to protect against threats.
Ability to create procedure and guideline documents on above
Ability to take property plans and recommend security fit out and improvements
Ability to recommend levels & function of security guard force
Ability to provide solution to threats of terrorism, theft , fraud & corruption & criminal activity |
