An Interfacing role with Service delivery management and account team, managing the overall service, delivered by GIS Global Operations - India

Service Delivery Lead will act as the focal point for all Global Operations activities within the account and issues affecting customer satisfaction.

. Act as focal management escalation point for all GIS production operations services delivered from GDCI.
· Manages the complex relationship between delivery and client groups to ensure good relationship
· Build and maintain a working relationship with Service Delivery Management purely on operations.
· Ensure that any issues affecting Customer Satisfaction are being tracked/resolved
· Identifies and manages service improvements to increase customer satisfaction. Ensures satisfactory delivery of all projects.
· Ensure effective incident & problem management is being performed
· Assist Service Assurance Lead to provide reports and key information as required to demonstrate Offshore service performance.
· Work closely with the SDM, MCS Lead, MDS Lead, MNS Lead in order to get an understanding of the account and service requirements. Also have the fortnightly call with SDD to understand the performance of offshore team & the concerns.
· Work closely with the Product line managers to track and close the escalated issues by account team.
· Build understanding & intimacy of client accounts, the ability to identify and deal with issues before they get to the point of service impact or escalation.
· Ensure that the end-to-end service is delivered as a minimum to Service Level Agreements.
· Work with the respective line managers to select, train and mentor resources to provide support to the account. Motivates and rewards employees through their line managers.
· Manage the cost of service to the account by ensuring employee productivity
