MANDATORY SKILLS:
The candidate should be a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech or MCA from a reputed institute
MBA degree will be an added advantage.
Must have 8-12 years of IT industry experience with minimum 2 years of Project Management experience.
Must have proven track record of managing large multi- faceted programs in technology delivery
Must have technical maturity and ability to understand system design requirements and high-level architecturing of plans and implementation processes
Must have the Ownership Behaviour
Experience in SEI CMM Certification process.
Must have expertise in project management tools
Must have good estimation skills to ensure adequate staffing and scheduling of the project
Must be good in communicating on a peer-peer level, superior-subordinate level as well as service provider-client level
DESIRED SKILLS
Experience in Product development organization in Networking industry will be preferred. |
